Note: in order to answer your question, we need proof of your identity. This can be done by sending a copy or scan of your identity card. We will only use this copy or scan to establish whether you are actually the data subject whose personal data is being processed, or the parent or guardian in the case of under-16s. As soon as we are both satisfied with the answer to your question, we will destroy the copy or scan.
